New Page On the Book Companion Site: Everyday Workouts

Hello all,
I just added another section: "Everyday workouts" to the book site. The first workout is a full mat. 20 minutes without rushing. Mistakes an all. :lol: No editing.

Hello, Javier!

Thanks for sharing with us! Really, it makes a huge difference and helps understanding all the texts on the Book Site. As I watched your videos, a lot of things fell into place.

I loved the "mistakes and all" thing! :D I think we are into a very competitive era, and there is a huge pressure to perform the exercises well, to take photos (which doesn't represent the movements, and sometimes are "forced" to appear aesthetic). All of this distracts us from doing the exercises to become fit and healthy.

Hope you keep posting, I'm always looking if there's something new :)
